target has good benefits .

They only give you 10% discount. The c9 and health food discount is awesome though

It's a 10 percent discount and it has to be cash only for it to be used. It's not that great for the work you do.

You'll have a better discount if you find a sale or clearance item. 10 percent, and to get it you must have target card which will take additional 5%. No it's not 15%, but rather 10% then 5%, which is less then 15%

You only get your employee discount when you use either cash or the red card. If you use your red card then you got an additional 5% off. This forces employees to sign up for the red card in order to get the employee discount. The discount covered most items purchased in the store

we only get 10% as a discount. sales tax is 6% so really only 4%!

The employee discount is a mere 10% off. I find that percentage ridiculously low especially since some employees have worked there for years doing back breaking work.
