Employee Discounts

its only 10% discount not much really. It does add up when theres deals on cartwheel or store sales going on. Also when you use a red card with the discount it gets you an extra 5% off. Team member discounts can only be used if you pay with cash or use a Target Red card. Discounts can't be used with major bank cards.

Getting 10% off on every purchase is awesome plus an aditional 5% if you use a red card

It was great with all purchases and if you had a Red Card and coupons to use along with it.

10% is a joke. If they want to stay competitive, they should at least allow Team Members to buy items at a lower cost. It would build brand loyalty across the board.

10% is all you get. They should offer more discount for store uniforms. Also you cant pay with a credit card if you want to get your discount.

It is a 10% discount which is good but can only be used it you use cash, gift card, or sign up with a Recard

10% is ok, but make it worth it like 20%. With limited wages, you save 5 bucks on 50$ on groceries, it is just not worth it.
