Employee Discount: 10% off of anything, including clearance and sale items. Only downside: must pay with cash, check, Target gift card or Target card (credit, debit, or re-loadable) in order to receive the 10% Team Member Discount.

The best thing is its 10% off the back, but you can only use cash,target debit card, target credit card or check to use your discount. You can get additional percentages off with cartwheel and using your target debit/credit card which is 5% off as well.
