The best thing is that you can "stack" your employee discount with the Cartwheel app discounts, coupons and promotions, and the Red Card. Worst is that it's only 10%.

10 percent is decent but you can only use it with cash or their target card. That's not always fair to people who can't get the target card for one reason or another

We get 10% off everything in the store. If you have a red card, it's an additional 5%. Also, I don't know how long this will last, but we now get and additional 20% off of fresh produce and the Simply Balenced brand.
