The discount is ok. You have to either pay with cash or have a redcard to use it which is not cool in my opinion. I just use cash because I don't want a redcard.

Employee discount is only 10%, but I guess every little bit helps. You don't get the discount on things such as gift cards or liquor, but pretty much everything else is fair game.
