The discount of 10% is great when you combine that with the Red Card and Cartwheel savings. They also have a Red Magazine that comes out quarterly with substantial coupons like 50% off of certain high-end electronic items.

Only 10% when we have high margins in our stores

The best thing about the discount here is that you can share it with family and friends. The terrible thing is that it isn't the best percentage off at 10% which basically just removes all taxes from your purchase.

The employee discount is 10% off on anything as long as you are paying in cash, target credit card or gift card. You can purchase the Target gift cards with your credit/debit cards or check.
