15% is a pretty good discount and if you use your redcard thats an extra 5% totaling 20%. I love shopping at Target so that employee discount was the best thing around.

The worst thing about the discount is that a team member, spouse, or dependent can only use it by paying cash, or with a Target "Red Card".

10 percent is ok, you need either cash or redcard if you want to use it though. So this kind of makes you have to get the red card which is annoying
