Vacation & Paid Time Off

The best thing about TARGET's Vacation & Paid Time Off is its accessibility and an employee's ability to accrue time for vacation and paid time off. The bad thing about it concerns the very confusing and tedious method in which the time off must be requested through their HR web site.

3 weeks 0-5 years / 4 weeks 5-15 years / 5 weeks 15 years +

Not the best PTO policy. Only 18 days, and 6 company wide holidays. Some of those company holidays people still have to work though with little to no compensation or lee way the rest of the year.

Hard to accumulate vacation hours even when full-time. But they are paid.

you have to accumulate the hours for time off. I don't even believe they are paid time but you can take time off.

Finally after years they changed the vacation for those who have especially worked over 15 years

along with time these paid vacations and time off pile up

People abused the sick time policy.

They are normally very flexible about these hours, you can also use them to make up for a lack of hours.
