Vacation & Paid Time Off

Paid time off is offered, but it's incredibly hard to use due to company blackouts and workload.

In a Leader paygrade, vacation starts accruing from day one. Vacation and personal holidays depending on tenure.

Accrues even for part time employees.

It is easy to accrue time after your waiting period.

after 10 years, you're at about 6 weeks total of paid time off...hard to beat that!

Available but can't be cashed out, must be used and cannot allocate hours above weekly average (for example, if your weekly average is 30 hours per week worked, you can only apply vacation hours to weeks where you are scheduled below 30 hours)

Its okay, It could be way better

worst thing is the accrual rate

I only get 32 pay vacation not the whole 40 hours.
