You got no time off barely at all and HR was so bad if you requested it they would tell you that you have the time off and still schedule you on those days.

Challenging to accrue time off and you are only allowed to use the time off accrued up to the average number of hours you work. However, you know your schedule in advance and have time to put your shift up to be taken by someone else (whether it gets taken or not is another story)

The vacation hours add up very slow for a normal full time employee (non team leader). After 9.5 years I was only getting 3 hours every two weeks (The amount goes up after the 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, 10 year and every 10 years after that). After a few months with my new employer I was getting the same amount.
