Use it or loose it. Can not keep saving up time after so many hours.
It has been change to where if you stop working there you can not get paid for any earned unused vacation. Up until about a year ago you could cash out vacation.

You get a good amount of hours but you end up using all of them just to replace the hours shortage after Christmas.

After 1000 hours, you started accumulating your paid time off. Your paid time off will get capped if you maximize it.

Would be nice to have more vacation days, they are good about LOAs however, but those are not paid so you'll have to use sick days or vacation if you need a break.

You don't get much vacation and time off pay for the AM amount of time you would work there
