Vacation & Paid Time Off

Vacation and Paid Time Off accumulates based on the number of hours worked.

Was only given to employees after a certain amount of time, what their job title was, and I don't think most part-time employees qualified for it even if they were actually working "full time hours".

Its retail so you can't always use your vacation.

Difficult to obtain. Offered.... but difficult.

Difficult to rack up vacation time, but they do honor it.

Very little paid time off. 1 week a year.

Vacation and paid time off are only offered to team members that are working full time and/or close to full time. I found that as a part time employee, taking time off was fairly easy and usually got approved. However, it was very difficult to get time off close to the holidays, even if you submitted it months in advance.

Best I've found. I'm proud to work for this company.
