Ration of hours worked to vacation pay was very low and whether or not you could apply for it was based on your average hours worked. For example: If your average weekly hours were 25 per week, even if you applied for vacation pay and it was approved in advance, if you worked 25 during the week you had applied for it, you would not get it.

The paid time off was accumulated over how many hours you worked and then you could use it for paid time off.

Best is that we can attain it after 90 days but worst is that it is only a fraction of a day. Whereas in past it was based on how many years with company and hours.

Vacation and time off was one of the best benefits target had to offer. You just had to use your time so you wouldn't loose it.

Vacation time is procured over time as you work, though the process by which you use it can be exhausting, as half the time requests do not go through, or are overlooked meaning the money is not put on paychecks when it is expected.
