Vacation & Paid Time Off

My length of time with the company has me getting more paid time-off than is realistically possible to take off, and there is no cash out option.

Easy to take time off just not around the holidays, as that is the busy time in retail

You can pile up time off pretty easily. Two weeks initially and this grows once you hit 5, 10 years etc.

It's ok, sometimes it just feels hard to accumulate it. But at least the offer it up to about 80 hours

the higher up the totem pole you are, the more vacation pay you get, 3 weeks if you are a manager that starts accumulating right away, if you are a cashier or cart attendant you have to wait YEARS to get this benefit, and it's ONLY ONE WEEK!

I feel they are very comparable to other places.
