Have recently redone the policy to make it more competitive. Start with 3 weeks, and move to 4 weeks at 5 years of service. Unlimited sick time.

You will never be able to use paid Vacation/Personal time during the holidays, which is when any sane person would be using them.

Never have any issues with requesting time off. I know i"m not going to get busy days off such as Black friday. So I don't try but other then that I've gotten all my requested days off with no problem.

After 90 days will accumulate Vacation and Paid Time Off. Leaders get 2 weeks right away and every 5 years you will receive another week.

Taking time off was frowned upon and seemed like a continual struggle to get it approved. You are required to work every holiday.

Three weeks vacation was OK when I started, and now it is increasing to 4 weeks in January.
