Vacation & Paid Time Off

Can be hard to get time off, it is paid if you can get it. Sometimes you can get time off unpaid.

Not bad, good personal and vacation allowances.

1 wk/ year. 2 wks/yr if you are management.

Paid time off accumulates based on average hours worked per week. But it's up to 2 weeks if you've been with them for less than 5 years.

as a etl i had no issues with vacation when i needed it just could not be during black out

Target's belief on vacation time requires a major overhaul if they intend to bring any hi-tech jobs to Minnesota. Most companies start a seasoned individual at 3 or 4 weeks while Target believes in only 2. Not that it matters much; taking time off is good in theory, but the backlog of work is prohibitive.

Once I hit 5 years & STL status I jumped up to 4 weeks per year... Down side is it is difficult to detach from work and I've had to cancel vacations because of senior leadership visits to our market
