You can choose any day, at any time, no question and since there are so many employees there is tons of flexibility. The only thing is you have a black out period throughout thanksgiving and Christmas.

It's not fair for me to speak on this. I was a seasonal guy, there were no benefits to speak of. I got 10% off of merchandise.
Best thing about this, was not even taking vacation time it just added more money into my checks. ALOT of other companies need to do this and it should be mandatory at every minimum wage job.
