Pretty generous employer contribution, including for family. But very high deductibles, making it mostly a catastrophic care policy, and not the best carrier (United Health).

So-so coverage, deductibles and out-of-pockets are kind of high, premiums are also kind of high. I've seen worse, but have also had much better with other companies.
