401k, stock purchase plan, vacation, health, dental, vision, life and all the insurance is reasonable price to cover family

Since it was all done online with a poorly constructed system, it was hard to figure out what benefits came with the job. Little is written down at the company.

Take home truck given after 40 days. Safety equipment readily available. Benefits offered 90 days.

everything was good just not great

Pay Scale changes too often, Training is unsupervised, Onboarding is confusing and local management team had very little to offer

Everything. I had a high deductible plan in hopes of saving a little money. Biggest. Mistake. Ever. More than half of my salary went to my insurance and then on top of that I paid so much out of pocket. Worst insurance I've ever had.

They have ok insurance options. Not great but decent.

Vacation time had to be used every calendar year but you were pressured on not using it.

No time off. No chance to enjoy family or friends. You work six days a week every week. If you don't you won't make money
