Health benefits were below average although offered. considering some of the risks that the techs put themselves into, the benefits should be better. As is the case with programs like these there was a stiff penalty to adding a spouse or children to the plan.
there are programs that make it seem like you will be paid well for doing your work well, but if you are not watching very closely, your bonuses and commissions will be missing or wrong.
