They give a higher than average matching percentage; however, the match is in Terracon stock and is staggered over time as to being vested.

Company stock deposits are not fully vested for several years, so the unvested stock is deducted from the account after termination.

Great matching from company, although it auto enrolls you unless you say not to. 401k bumps up every year to prepare for retirement at a good pace.

Seemed like a good system, Charles Schwab was the administrator. Company match is in the form of company stock and is only added once a year.

They have a pretty good match - 4%. And they have profit sharing of company stock that is also added to your 401K account.

Easy to use and make changes to. Charles Schwab phone app is super convenient. Terracon annually increases your contribution to your 401K by 1%, however you can opt out if you want.
