Gradual increase in vacation time based on years of service

PTO is 80 hours annually (use or lose). Policy describes as it as "business of life" but enforced as sick leave. Employees with less than 10 years accrue 120 hours (10 hours / month). 80 hours max for year to year rollover.

Pretty standard however you can use your pto/vacation whenever you want. There isnt much of a process.. just let them know when you wont be there
