The health insurance is very expensive and your out of pocket costs are high. You would think working for a health and dental insurance company that the benefits would be better, but the health insurance is expensive, high deductible, high out of pocket costs.

Deductible is a bit high but the out of pocket match for the year isn’t much higher then the deductible so once you reach that Cigna pays 100%. I have met the out of pocket max for the year and it’s March from 1 ER visit and outpatient surgery.

The insurance bbenefits are reasonable. They are not particularly expensive and the networks are sizable. All plans are offered with expected guidelines and expected costs. Assistance personal are available to explain benefits.

Could be cheaper, since we work for our insurance company. Pretty standard coverage & cost.

Better make sure you max out the FSA, the ded are so high and you pay a lot for a high ded plan. They will say that is to keep costs down, while now i pay 50.00 a check for a copay plan. at my new employer.
