Benefits are not that great. You do pay same amount as insurance as you pay with other employers

You have access to all of the support tools and they encourage mental and physical health

Premiums are not too bad and the incentive dollars help, however there was a reduction in dollar amounts which isn't ideal. Overall variety of plans and coverage is good and vision and dental Premium aren't too bad. EAP benefits are available as well which is nice

Spent more time appealing denied claims than any other plan I've ever had

Best: Company match 401k and HSA; Child leave is good too, Con: Premium prices as an employee.

Few options and can be very expensive.

Premiums are expensive despite being offered by the company.

Best thing is you get white glove customer service as a Cigna employee. Worst part is the usual frustrations of health insurance (for example, near impossible to figure out how much anything will cost in advance).
