WFH is the only benefit that truly matters.

It is wonderful to have the choice to work from home or the office (if you live near one of their offices). However, I personally find it important to connect in-person with my colleagues periodically. Unfortunately, Emmes does not promote opportunities to be together unless you live near Rockville.

Flexibility to employee to do work form home

Most of the staff are able to work from home. Very few are required on-site.

Cameras often have to be on. Lots of meetings.

I mean, I would count this as a “benefit,” but it is very nice to be able to work from home and avoid a commute. We have employees working from all over the country now.
