Very flexible, but they don't offer a lot of physical equipment support to do so, and anything that is provided is very slow to come.

The ability to work from home is always a nice perk. There was very little reason for me to be in the office for my job function. They allowed one day a week. We were told to avoid Mondays and Fridays, though I do not know how strictly that was enforced. Again, not bad, but they could easily offer more work from home time. The work tends to be very tedious. Would be nice to have that added perk to make it more bearable.

I know that the company offers Work From Home options, mostly for staff who have been employed for a few years or more. They allow Work From Home in the case of inclement weather, which is exceptionally helpful in the winter.
Depending on which project you are in, Work From Home can be a more permanent part of your schedule, or used as an "as-needed" basis.
