I didn't have a retirement plan with them so I wouldn't be the best source for this question.

6% matching 401k; they offer a pension as well.

Retirement plan is good. Employees have access to retirement planning professionals if needed.

The best thing about the retirement plan at Thrivent Financial is that you are vested within one year.

Pension plan exists but I was never given any information on it. 401k match up to 6%, but when you don't make any money, the company has nothing to match.

One of, if not the best, retirement plan I've seen in the private sector. (At least for folks who entered the working world after defined contribution plans became the norm and defined benefit plans the exception.)

There are actually not many options for investing. You have a choice of Thrivent Mutual funds, or some other low cost funds such as blackrock, etc. offered through BMO Harris

It was unclear how much profit sharing would be added to your account.

Best benefit offered...Great dollar for dollar matching on 401k in addition to pension contribution of 5%.
