401k match and additional insurances (dental, eye) are nice, but health insurance plan doesn't cover a lot of common needs

Benefits are not bad at all and the yearly price increase is none or minimal. Props to high management for that,

TEP offers plans with an HSA & medical flex spending account that allow us to contribute money from each check to the savings account. Very helpful in paying for prescriptions, extras, etc.

Cheap package, bare minimum to say they have health dental and 401k. No written bonus structure.

Although many companies offer similar benefits, not all offer the broad number of options. TEP is a great small company to work for as far as benefits are concerned: Contribute to HSA, contribute to retirement plan, all insurance options (Health, dental, vision, etc).
