The basic benifit package. The 401k matching was good but the benifits and the insurances compared to the work environment hazard was just bare minimum

They do not have clear cut policy on paid time off.

It's OK. Pros and cons come from it being a small company. Health insurance is expensive bc there are only about 300 employees total. Bonuses aren't really explained, they just show up in your check every quarter and apparently aren't even fair (everyone gets the same bonus-interns, engineer i, ii, iii, ect. but i have no evidence so im not sure). Everyone gets 2 weeks vacation but based on your relationship with your manager you could take more. Gym in the office is OK, mainly stuff bought off craiglist but im not complaining- id rather have that than nothing at all. We have a Halloween and Christmas party which is fun.

Bonuses are NOT fair. Come to find out people who work part-time or are interns get the SAME exact bonus as full-time salaried employees. It's also not based on projects or how much extra time you worked. Getting time off is pretty easy. They claim it's ONLY 10 days total (this includes vacation, sick days, personal days, ect.). That is not enough time off regardless of what industry you're in. Even at Wal-Mart employee's days off are accrued and employees who have been working there for years get up to a month off. Let's get with the program TEP.... There are about 5 major holidays with paid-time off. There is no maternity leave benefit, but since there are not many women engineers in the company, they have worked with the ones who have needed time off to have a baby (2-3 months from what I heard, but that includes taking your laptop home and doing some things here and there. I find that VERY acceptable.).

Health insurance, 3% 401k matching with additional 1% match for 2% input. Health insurance possible through company as well.
