Vacation & Paid Time Off

Seasonal associates receive neither vacation time nor paid time off. Non-seasonal part-time employees accrue x amount of hours paid time off based on the total number of hours they worked each week according to some algorithm involving a set fractional multiplier, and receive no vacation time. Also, no paid time off may be accrued during the initial probationary period of employment (first 90 days). Initially, full-time employees are given two work weeks worth of paid vacation per year they work for the company. As certain employment anniversary thresholds are met, additional vacation days per year are added to the initial 10 per year. Full-time employees are given x amount of hours paid time off based on the total number of hours they worked each week according to some algorithm involving a fractional multiplier which increases as employment anniversary thresholds are met.
