Vacation time was adequate. The issue came when trying to schedule it. Blackout periods were common.

Relatively small until you are there for quite a few years...never mind when your job is done away with and you have to start over again while it is not under your control Then, it all goes away

Standard Federal holidays off. Don't bother trying to take off time between October and January... this is "Season" Time" and is all hands on deck even at the HQ.

They offered very fair Vacation and PTO, however you had to be sure to use it before the Black Friday push and Holiday season was in full effect. Once that time period hit they basically blacked out your time off.
