I believe after 2 years of working at TriNet you qualify for 12 weeks fully paid leave during the first 12 months of life of a child or for an adoption. And this is not dependent on if you are the primary caregiver or secondary. You must stay employed for 12 months after your return or you are at risk of having to pay TriNet back.

This is the only company I've worked for that offers both Maternity and Paternity leave. Although I never used it personally, the employees that have rave about it.
