Maternity & Paternity Leave

never taken it, but we do have maternity and paternity; not as much as the banks, but more than we used to have.

TriNet supports their employees growth in their personal life. They welcome new additions to employees. They also offer leave for males and females.

My wife and I are no longer having children but if we were I would be thrilled because our paternity leave policy would allow me to take time off and still come back to my position. Sorry I don't know how much time we offer for that, but many of my coworkers have taken good advantage of this benefit.

Haven't used it, but I hear it's excellent.

Compliant with all state and federal mandates.

TriNet provided its employees with both STD and LTD which helped cover the cost of leave while and employee was out on maternity leave. Following FMLA, TriNet permitted leaves in accordance with FMLA/PDL/PFL/ADA as required.

There is no paid leave (outside of the Short Term Disability plan offered) but they allow the time off.
