PTO is a + when compared to other industries, comparable to other hospitals

Managers and above get 216 hours + floating holiday as drop in at the beginning of the year. Everyone else under manager starts at 144 hours and 168 hours after 1 year. If you stay 10 years, you get as much as managers but still need to accrue.

This is a generous benefit.
