Hope you don't have to be on short disability because if you do, you must use any PTO available for the first 7 days. If you don't it is unpaid. No option to buy additional PTO.

They combine vacation and sick time, and you can't take vacation requests when you want....often requests are not approved because of the staffing shortages.
