Vacation & Paid Time Off

They changed the PTO policy in early 2019 (or maybe late 2018). NO LONGER start with 4 weeks vacation (PTO) time (as some of the older reviews say), now it is 3 weeks 3 days to start, plus there is no separate sick bank.

Accrued it though working more hours.

pto and sicks days are combined

Avg PTO unless you are a manager

Take off time when you need to.

In my opinion, the vacation and PTO time did not accrue at a fast enough rate.

Its hard to find coverage due to lack of extra staff

All time off is lumped together; personal, sick and vacation. Based upon the number of years worked, your potential of accumulating more time off increases.

Vacation is very good for position with 3-4 weeks of vacation.

Front loaded vacation benefits with option to carry over additional time off into the next year
