i LOVE the training process. you went through one on one peer mentor per week and meet twice a week in groups to learn skills on acting listening and peer counseling. I apply those skill even outside of my work. the training process was great and i would appreciated even if i was not offered for the job but i did!

on the job training is pretty much learn as you go or as things come out. This company needs to work on their job training.

Job training is limited to a few hours at the beginning and is largely taught by people who do not like the job.

There was remedial training, a lot of the tasks were learned on the spot when it needed to be done. Tasks were easy to pick up but a little more hands on training would be helpful.
