Price is tolerable despite rising heath care cost. The company tries to keep costs done where they can.

High deductible plans which will leave you paying into insurance but never having the insurance pay-out unless you've been hit with something devastating (in America, that could unfortunately mean a lot of things). Even worse, some business units within UL are extremely profitable and could, at least, improve the insurance in those locations. However, UL constantly reinforces their dedication to their employees, so it'd be nice to see them demonstrate that through actions across the company. Right now, it's just words.

The deductible is a bit high but with the HSA account and UL contributing $600/year (if you are single), it isn't so bad.

They should offer more than only a High Deductible plan
