Cost to employee is fair but during my three years there fewer medical plans became available with significantly higher out of pocket expense for health care.

High deductible, decent coverage. would prefer something lower in terms of a deductible or at least pay 100% after meeting deductible. Insurance only covers 90% after meeting deductible and will only pay 100% after max out of pocket limit which is another $1,500-$3,000 depending on single or family plan. Dental coverage is great for maintenance visits and a few cavities, but not that great for surgery or advanced procedures.

HSA is a great program. The health benefits aren't the best but they do something and that's better than nothing.

A very limited plan with United Health Care. Even after meeting out of pocket, you still pay part of the cost. The Rx plan in particular is quite onerous and pricy
