401K plan is automatic once hired

Knowing right at the start from the interview process that you can retire in 20 years is a HUGE accomplishment and can give ease to those who are on a "time crunch" and are wanting to know when they can relax and retire and be stable for themselves and their family.

401(k) matches 5%, pensions were eliminated about a year ago which is what was keeping me there. Has gone down hill from years before.

Not too familiar with this, but between your 401k and SS and Pension, you are gonna be rich!

I cant say because I haven't used it yet but so far so good.
