There is a pension, huge plus i bet, unless your a new hire. Then no pension.

As long as one meets the required time for retirement, there really is not a bad aspect to the retirement plan. However, with the union and company constantly negotiating; one may lose money if they decide to stay instead of retiring when their time comes up.
