The training and salary you get as a Soldier are only some of the ways the Army strengthens you for tomorrow. The Army also offers money for education, comprehensive health care, generous vacation time, family services and support groups, special pay for special duties and cash allowances to cover the cost of living.
The best thing is healthcare steady pay and the advancement in your field.

Free dental is nice, but the dental work can be kind of painful. They removed my wisdom teeth and i still have pain from it. The medical is nice too,but there is also problems with it. Sometimes you get the nurse or doctor who doesn't care about you and just wants their shift to be over.

Guranteed health insurance and pay but it feels like you are stuck in the military until you retire.

There are plenty of benefits available, healthcare within the Army is poor, there are plenty of "doctors" around if you know my gist. Vision is good, dental is good, health clinics are hit and miss, mental healthcare is great and if you are married there is a huge pay increase for housing and food.
