Tricare pays for everything. I haven't seen a doctor bill for me or my family in 6 yrs. Plus the bonuses and such depending on your job, location, special experience, ect. Can't beat the benifits.

Best - comprehensive free medical for servicemembers. I tore my ACL skiing and didn't pay a dime out of pocket to get surgery, and the Army was good with providing recovery time. The Thrift Savings Program is reasonable, though they do not often match contributions.
