Excellent!! The best tuition assistance benefit of any company I’ve ever worked for. $10,000 toward the degree of your choice. Almost any degree or certification is acceptable, and they will pay for graduate degrees as well. The only two that come to mind that are not acceptable are actually Licenses/ Certifications: Realtor License and Scuba License are not acceptable.

They now will pay for any degree, which many companies already do. Only difference is they will give you the normal $5200 (which is a tax write off) and if you want to pay more taxes you can have your education credit bumped to $10,000.
