Tuition Assistance

They provide assistance for your education if it relates to the job, they pay for it up front pretty much like a credit card and you charge your classes to the card for up to 5,250. Then you submit your grades with a C or better. The downside is if you don't hit your numbers they shut your card off immediately! Which is terrible if your a student about to start school or in the middle of classes and need books. Tuition assistance is supposed to be a benefit to the employee, horrible ethics.
