Unlimited PTO is great, although more companies are doing this now. Medical, dental and vision benefits are average... The company does pay a good portion of each; it's just a lot out of pocket until you reach the deductible (for medical). HSA has an option for company contribution, which is good.

Benefits are decent. At least some MFH, 401k matching, dental, pet health care, life insurance, etc. Would appreciate a fixed amount of PTO that you can bank as opposed to unlimited vacation and sick time.
