They are a self insurer, so they set the deductable at $ 3000.00. Fortunatelym I have never spent $ 3K in a given year ever, however you end up paying for everything out of pocket. The worst plan I have ever hadf.

The company didn't match 401K, they expected people to go years without raises or a raise of about 5-10 cents/hour. Most people couldn't afford the insurance on what they were being paid.
