Premiums are extremely low and coverage is aggressively rich - you'll be hard-pressed to find better health coverage unless with another large healthcare employer.

Best thing is the health insurance. Worst thing is that you do not get your full 8 hours of PTO unless you work a full 40 hours both weeks.
