Best thing is the flexible hours, worst thing is the hours are complete opposite from US workday hours. I worked 7pm to 2am. The prime hours are 2am-8am

You can choose your own time of teaching. It is very flexible. You can choose between 7pm to 7am of worktime.

You are your own boss & just contract with VIPKid, so you choose when and how long you want to work. You could even take a week or two off & its not problem, although you might email them to let them know you will be taking some time off.
