You pick your schedule in 30 minute increments. You can work 30 minutes one day, 6 hours the next. Flexible and you pick.

Peak times for VIPKID are from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. seven days a week and then from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. every Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday. There are also non-peak times to choose from, but you are not guaranteed bookings during non-peak times. I am able to teach over 30 classes per week by staying within the peak times while still working full time at my regular teaching position. The flexibility fits my life style better than any other "second job" ever could.

Minimum availability is 7.5 hours a week, which strikes me as incredibly reasonable. Beyond that, you can work as much or as little as you want.
